Asylumcam/asylumsgate is dedicated to all topics considered anomalistic in nature. The goal of the site is to encourage discussion  about anomalistic topics. Share opinions about said topics.

There is a story about Vlad the Impaler which I love.

Dignitaries were crossing his territory. He invited them to visit him. When  they came to his presence they  refused to remove their caps. He asked them to remove them and was told they remove them for no man.  Vlad had them escorted out of the palace. He ordered their hats be nailed to their heads. His reasoning was "Now you have no reason to remove your hats". I know its not being taught any where but.. removing your hat is a sign of respect. You are in  some ones presence and you respect them. You remove your hat as a gesture of respect.

I wont nail your hats to you heads but I do ask you respect  the site.

The rules:

Automatic Capping programs are expressly  forbidden. Hot linking cams is expressly forbidden. Any one caught  auto capping or hot linking will be expelled from the site. We are paying a server. Stealing bandwidth is not a nice thing to do. It's kind of like you having a party and me paying for it. I will report you to your server.

User names are to be kept clean. No suggestive names. No  number codes to tell if you do this or that. We are pg-13. Please respect my home.

Asylumcam/asylumsgate  is PG-13 by choice. Predators will be reported to the authorities. Members are  expected to report  suspected predators to the team.

Images, threads or discussion considered Pornographic , lewd,  suggestive ( or moe just doesn't think its proper)  will be removed.

Inappropriate language  will not be tolerated. (again there are other sites for that non-sense take it there).

Cam owners  reserve the right to turn cams off line when they want. They are under no obligation to have a cam one 24/7. We do ask that cam owners advise the team if a cam has to be off for a extended  time.

Signatures are to be kept to a size of no more than 400x400 pixels one signature per member

Signatures and avatars are to be with in the standards of the site. Nothing lewd, suggestive or offensive.

If a members has a problem with another member please contact a team member. Explain the problem and have links to offensive threads in the post.

Flaming or blatant insulting in threads is not allowed.

My house my rules. Play nice or time out.

This is on both sides. Members can not take offense if some one says "I don't see anything"  If they say "Hey get glasses" "Your delusional" Or something nasty contact the team.

If a member continues to be disruptive or break the rules they can  and probably will be  deleted.

Members can be removed by decision of moebanshee
